Cincinnati Bengals DT Misses Friday Practice
The Cincinnati Bengals shocked the entire world in 2021 when they went on a classic run through the playoffs all the way to the Super Bowl, and in 2022, they look even better on both sides of the ball, and they are a team that no one in the AFC wants to face come playoff time.
One of the reasons for this is the improved play of the defensive line, spearheaded by the veteran D.J. Reader, and if they are to once again make noise in the playoffs, he'll have to be just as great when it matters, but on Friday, he was absent from a key practice due to a personal reason, with no injury status revealed.
There's no further explanation given for the absence, as the Bengals want to respect Reader's privacy, so hopefully everything with Reader and his family is okay, but if not, we send all our thoughts and prayers for them on the eve of the playoffs.Bengals DT DJ Reader did not practice today due to personal reasons, according to the injury report.
