Buccaneers Likely To Be Without Two Key Players In Week 15
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lead in the NFC South is hanging by a thread, as they sit just one game ahead of the Carolina Panthers at 6-7, and with a tough matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals upcoming in Week 15, so the last thing they truly needed this week was to rule out some key players early in the week.
Unfortunately, it appears that's what they'll have to do without two of their most important pieces once again, as according to Head Coach Todd Bowles, both Vita Vea and Tristan Wirfs are likely to miss this crucial clash, and if the Panthers can come out on top against the Steelers, we will have a real race in the NFC South on our hands.
If Tampa Bay want to make a run in what could be Tom Brady's last year with the team, then there will need to be plenty of players step up and play to their potential, but unless they can get healthy, this team has a ceiling on it, which can't be broken through without key players like Vea and Wirfs.Good injury news for the #Bengals as Todd Bowles says the banged-up #Buccaneers will likely be without a bunch of key players, including Vita Vea and Tristan Wirfs for at least one more game. https://t.co/7Ifek3UJtT
