Schwartz suffered a concussion in the team's win over the Houston Texans, putting his status for Week 14's game in question.
For him to be available this coming week against the Cincinnati Bengals, Schwartz will need to clear league protocols and return to practice.
In 11 games this season, the twenty-two-year-old has four receptions for 51 yards and four rushes for 57 yards and a touchdown.
If Schwartz can't go this week, fellow wide receiver Michael Woods could slot into the lineup for the first time since Week 11.
