Bengals Defensive End To "Miss A Few Weeks"
#Bengals DE Sam Hubbard is expected to miss a few weeks because of the left calf injury he suffered Sunday, per source. The hope is Hubbard – who has started every game and has 6½ sacks this season – can make it back for the playoffs.

Hubbard was injured in the second quarter against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and his status for the rest of the regular season is now in doubt. However, Pelissero did say that the hope is for Hubbard to return for the playoffs, so that's positive news for the Bengals.
The twenty-seven-year-old edge rusher has had a solid season, recording 57 total tackles, 6.5 sacks, one forced fumble and three passes defended across 14 games.
With Trey Hendrickson also out with an injury, the Bengals could be down to just three available edge rushers heading into Saturday's Week 16 game against the New England Patriots.
