Bears Wide Receiver Ruled Out For Week 16

Another receiver absent for Saturday's game.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Chase Claypool has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Buffalo Bills.

Claypool has managed just one limited practice on the Bears' injury reports the last two weeks, as he continues to deal with a knee injury.

With Equanimeous St. Brown also ruled out for Week 16, the Bears will be utilizing some combination of Byron Pringle, Dante Pettis, Velus Jones and N'Keal Harry at wide receiver.

In five games since coming over from the Pittsburgh Steelers, Claypool has 12 receptions for 111 yards on 22 targets.

The twenty-four-year-old is a former second-round pick by the Steelers in the 2020 NFL Draft.
