Arizona Cardinals Fear The Worst For Star Quarterback
The Arizona Cardinals season is all but over now, as they fell on Monday Night Football to the New England Patriots, sending their season record to 4-9, and with the 9-4 San Francisco 49ers leading the way in the NFC West, it marks the end of a very disappointing campaign for a team that is likely to reset in multiple ways this off-season.
Not only did they suffer a loss tonight, but they also lost starting Quarterback Kyler Murray early on, and now, it appears that Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury and the organization fear a torn ACL for the 25-year old star, but will undergo further testing tomorrow to reveal the extent of the unfortunate injury.
If that is indeed the case, Murray will end the season with solid statistical output, but as a team, this is no doubt a massive disappointment for a team who came into the season with very high expectations, and now, they'll go into the off-season hoping Murray can make it back for 2023.Kingsbury later added the fear is a torn ACL for Kyler Murray. https://t.co/R0VNx69u4S
