49ers Defensive Tackle Will Miss A Few Weeks
Another injury for the San Francisco 49ers.
49ers defensive tackle Kevin Givens suffered an MCL sprain in Sunday's win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and will be out for a few weeks.
Hearing that it's an MCL sprain for 49ers defensive tackle Kevin Givens. His prognosis still is being determined, but a sprained MCL is better than some of the alternatives.

Although he is facing a multi-week absence, this is actually good news for the 49ers as the injury looked like it could've been worse.
Obviously, Givens won't be suiting up for Thursday night's game against the Seattle Seahawks. He should still be able to return before the end of the season.
In 13 games this season, the twenty-five-year-old has 20 total tackles, two sacks and one pass defended.
