49ers Defensive Tackle Out 6-8 Weeks
He's likely out for the season.
San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said that defensive tackle Hassan Ridgeway will miss 6-8 weeks after suffering a pectoral strain in Sunday's 33-17 win over the Miami Dolphins.

The 49ers will likely place Ridgeway on the injured reserve soon, which will end his season. There still is a chance he returns in time for a potential 49ers playoff run, however, as the team currently sits at the top of the NFC West.
In 12 games this season, the twenty-eight-year-old has 28 total tackles and one sack.
Arik Armstead will likely take over Ridgeway's starting role after he returned from his lengthy seven absence this past week.
