Vikings Rookie Cornerback To Start In Week 10

He's looked good in his NFL debut this season.

With Cameron Dantzler sidelined, Minnesota Vikings cornerback Akayleb Evans is set to start in Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills.
Evans recorded six tackles and one pass breakup versus the Washington Commanders in Week 9, when Dantzler's ankle injury forced him out of the game early on.

Evans looked capable while handling 69 percent of the defensive snaps last week, so the coaching staff should feel confident giving him a starting role in a tough matchup against the Bills this Sunday.

The twenty-three-year-old cornerback was the Vikings' fourth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
