Two Key 49ers Defensive Players ''Unable'' To Practice Thursday
San Francisco 49ers defensive end Arik Armstead and linebacker Samson Ebukam were both ''unable'' to practice on Thursday.
Armstead has been sidelined since Week 4 primarily due to a right foot injury. Although he has not played in weeks, head coach Kyle Shanahan said earlier this week that Armstead has a chance to play in Week 11.
In three games this season, the twenty-nine-year-old has five total tackles. A healthy Armstead would be a big boost to the 49ers defense.
#49ers DL Arik Armstead and Samson Ebukam are not practicing today. Javon Kinlaw did not make the trip to Colorado Springs. He is continuing his physical therapy in Santa Clara.

Samson Ebukam suffered a quad injury during the 49ers' bye week and was unable to suit up for Week 10's game against the Los Angeles Chargers. In eight games this season, the twenty-seven-year-old has 29 total tackles, 3.5 sacks and one forced fumble.
Ebukam has been unable to practice all week, so another absence this week would not be surprising.
