Titans Starting QB Will Be Game-Time Decision

The Tennessee Titans handed rookie Malik Willis his first start in the NFL a week ago due to the high ankle injury suffered by starter Ryan Tannehill, but ahead of their Week 9 clash with the Kansas City Chiefs, they are keeping their Quarterback decision to game-time, attempting to gain an advantage over their opponent.

In Week 8, Willis threw the ball just 10 times, but the Titans were dominant in a victory over the Houston Texans, thanks in most part to Derrick Henry, who ran the ball for 219 yards and 2 Touchdowns, but this week against the Chiefs, they'll need to be much better. Tannehill was seen in a walking boot just over a week ago, but the team is confident he could potentially play in Week 9, and they will make that decision following warm ups ahead of the Sunday Night Football clash.

The Titans are riding a 5-game win streak, en route to a 5-2 record, and even though they find themselves ahead of the Colts in the AFC South, they need to keep rolling to hold onto first place, and a big win over Kansas City would help that cause, so we will continue to monitor this story.
