Titans Rookie Receiver Designated To Return From Injured Reserve
The Tennessee Titans have been relying heavily on Derrick Henry in recent weeks, even more so than usual, and with rookie QB Malik Willis under centre, this makes complete sense, but now, they'll be getting a promising young weapon back, which may help this team open up the passing game. The availability of Ryan Tannehill going forward is currently unknown, but today, the Titans designated rookie receiver Treylon Burks to return from Injured Reserve after he suffered a turf toe injury earlier in the year, which is a sorely needed return to help this passing game.
Through four games in his rookie season, Burks hauled in 10 catches for 129 yards, and given how well the Titans have played in recent times, if they can unlock his abilities upon his return, this is a team that could be a genuine threat in the AFC come playoff time.Help on the way: The #Titans designated WR Treylon Burks to return to practice from Injured Reserve following a battle with turf toe.

Burks was a big draft pick for this team in 2022 after they traded A.J. Brown, who has looked incredible through 8 games in Philadelphia, so if the Titans want to step up and be contenders in 2022, Burks will need to hit the ground running upon his return.
