Vrabel told reporters in his presser that he expects Tannehill to do some work during their Wednesday practice session, but his exact participation is unknown.
Tannehill, who missed Sunday's matchup against the Texans, was ruled out due to an ankle injury he suffered the previous week against Indianapolis, and was also battling an illness this past Friday before their weekend kickoff.
Tennessee played rookie QB Malik Willis in their 17-10 victory over the Colts on Sunday. Tannehill is likely healthier now that he is practicing, but his game status for the Titans upcoming SNF vs. the Chiefs is still up in question.
