Thanksgiving Game Shatters NFL Record
The NFL had a very successful slate of games on Thanksgiving yesterday, with Buffalo, Dallas and Minnesota all picking up crucial wins, and while the annual holiday event has always been a big draw for the NFL, this year took it to another level entirely.
The NFC East matchup between the 7-3 New York Giants and the 7-3 Dallas Cowboys was always going to be the centrepiece for a fantastic day, and it proved to bring in the viewers too, with an astonishing 42 million viewers tuning in to see some CeeDee Lamb magic and a big win for the Cowboys, making it the most watched NFL regular season game in history.
Beyond that, the Thanksgiving slate brought in 138 million viewers overall, making it the most successful Thanksgiving NFL day in history, and given how the popularity of the NFL continues to climb, it's safe to say that the viewership is only going to get better.🚨Most-Watched NFL Thanksgiving Day Ever🚨
