With the emergence of young talent, he's no longer needed for Seattle.
Jones only appeared in three games for the Seahawks this season, and he's currently dealing with a groin injury that sidelined him for Week 8 against the New York Giants.
The sixth-year cornerback will likely look for a new opportunity elsewhere once he's healthy.
A former 2nd-round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles, Jones has recorded 147 total tackles (112 solo), four interceptions and 29 passes defended over 50 career games.
