Patriots Wide Receiver Won't Play In Week 9
DeVante Parker wasn't present for Friday's practice.
After sitting out Wednesday and Thursday's practices, Parker looks extremely doubtful to play Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Patriots don’t have David Andrews (concussion), Marcus Cannon (concussion), DeVante Parker or Damien Harris (illness) at today’s practice.

When he ends up being officially ruled out, fellow wide receivers Tyquan Thornton, Kendrick Bourne and Nelson Agholor would be candidates to increased usage in Week 9 behind WR1 Jakobi Meyers.
In six games played this season, Parker has 15 receptions for 321 yards and a touchdown on 28 targets. A prime trade candidate, Parker's injury likely hurt his trade appeal for most contenders.
