Patriots Wide Receiver to Return Against Jets
The New England Patriots' struggling passing attack may finally have a chance to get back on track against the New York Jets in Week 11. Wide receiver DeVante Parker is officially active for Sunday's game.
Parker missed the Patriots' Week 9 26-3 win over the Indianapolis Colts due to a knee injury suffered early in the team's 22-17 Week 8 win over the Jets. Thanks to the Patriots' Week 10 bye, he'll only end up missing one game because of the injury.Officially active: Lamar Jackson, Mark Andrews, David Njoku, DeVante Parker, Linval Joseph, Ndamukong Suh.

Officially inactive: Gus Edwards, Kaiir Elam, Eno Benjamin.
Parker has been arguably the Patriots' most efficient receiver since joining the team this offseason via trade with the Miami Dolphins. The eighth-year player leads all Patriots pass catchers with a deadly 11.5 yards per target, and his 321 receiving yards rank second. He could prove critical for a Patriots team that ranks last in the AFC East standings. A win on Sunday over their division rival Jets would go a long way toward helping the team gain ground.
Parker has been one of the lone bright spots in what has been a miserable year for the Patriots' passing attack. After leading all rookies last year with a 92.5 passer rating, quarterback Mac Jones has seen his mark plummet to 76.0 across his six starts this season.
