Panthers Rule Out Three Players For Week 11
The Carolina Panthers 2022 season has been an absolute roller coaster to this point, as they've lost plenty of games, mixed in with some big wins, but after taking down the division rival Atlanta Falcons in Week 10, there's plenty of confidence around this team going forward.
Unfortunately, ahead of their crucial Week 11 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens, they've officially had to rule out three players already, with Quarterback PJ Walker the most notable name, as the team have now had to go back to Baker Mayfield as their starter. On top of that, both defensive tackle Matt Ioannidis and safety Juston Burris have also been ruled out, and with just two games separating the Panthers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the top of the NFC South, this is a crucial matchup.Panthers' injury report for Ravens game:
— Joe Person (@josephperson) November 18, 2022
Out - QB P.J. Walker (ankle), DT Matt Ioannidis (calf), S Juston Burris (concussion).
Doubtful - DB Myles Hartsfield (ankle).
Questionable - CB Jaycee Horn (foot), TE Gio Ricci (neck).
Several players are also considered questionable for the game, but if Carolina want to take the next step and compete for the NFC South divisional crown, they'll have to get it done with Mayfield at QB, and will have to follow the next man up mantra going forward.
