Panthers Cut Saftey

They're moving on from the safety.

The Carolina Panthers have cut safety Marquise Blair from their practice sqaud.
The Panthers had used all of their three allowed standard elevations for Blair and opted to let him go rather than signing him to the active roster.

Blair played mostly on special teams for the Panthers, and he'll now have to look for a job elsewhere.

The fourth-year safety has played 25 career NFL games, recording 50 tackles, three forced fumbles and three passes defended. He spent three seasons with the Seattle Seahawks before playing three games with the Panthers this season.

Blair is a former 2nd-round pick by the Seahawks in the 2019 NFL Draft.
