NFL Three Stars For Week 12: Running Back
The running back may not be seen as one of the most important positions on a football team, but in recent times, we've seen incredible performances carry teams to big victories, and in Week 12, that was no different, and while plenty of players were productive through the air and on the ground, these were the three best.
3. Brian Robinson
Stat line: 18 Carries, 105 Yards, 2 Catches, 20 Yards, 1 Touchdown.
Brian Robinson is one of the best stories in the NFL this season, and while he hasn't been as consistently explosive as the team would have liked in his time as a starter, he's building to a solid rookie campaign, and if he can keep it up going forward, this will be a tough team to play in the playoffs.
2. Nick Chubb
Stat line: 28 Carries, 116 Yards, 1 Touchdown, 1 Catch, 16 Yards.
While there's plenty of talk about Derrick Henry, Saquon Barkley and others, Nick Chubb has established himself as the best running back in the league in 2022, and his Week 12 performance to help the Browns to an OT win over the Buccaneers was yet another example of how unstoppable he has become.
1. Josh Jacobs
Stat line: 33 Carries, 229 Yards, 2 Touchdowns, 6 Catches, 74 Yards.
The Las Vegas Raiders have struggled mightily this season, despite all of the hype that this offensive unit came into the season with, but in Week 12, Josh Jacobs led the way and showed exactly how good this team could be, and with an 86-yard walkoff Touchdown run in Overtime, he helped them pick up a massive win.
