Injury Update On Jets Receiver
The New York Jets have been fantastic in 2022, led by an elite level defence with star rookie cornerback Sauce Gardner leading the way, and while they've had some solid performances from the offence, it's been much more inconsistent throughout the teams first 9 games. Part of the reason for that is the injuries to the offensive line and breakout rookie Breece Hall, but an overlooked, key part of this offence is Corey Davis, who has missed the teams last two games with an injury.
Now, after the teams bye week, it appears he is closing in on a return against the New England Patriots, but Head Coach Robert Saleh announced today that No. 84 would be day-to-day going forward, although the team is optimistic they could have him back sometime soon, if not this coming Sunday.

In 2022, Davis has hauled in 19 catches for 351 yards and 2 Touchdowns, and on a team that is getting plenty of production from it's standout rookie and second year stars, he's been a solid veteran presence, and if the Jets are to make a surprise playoff run in 2022, he'll need to get back soon.
