Baker will serve as added depth for the Eagles' receiver corps, after he was released by the New Orleans Saints in October following a six-game suspension for violating the league's PED policy. Baker was then signed to the Packers' practice squad in mid-October, but was let go after failing to make an appearance on the club's active roster.
In two total NFL games, the twenty-four-year-old has no catches.
