Eagles Rule Out Defensive Tackle For Week 9
The Philadelphia Eagles are off to a blistering 6-0 start in 2022, and with both sides of the ball clicking, it's going to take a perfect performance for someone to take them down anytime in the near future, so even with the bad news the Eagles had to announce today, it probably won't effect them as much as it would another team.
Rookie Jordan Davis gained plenty of hype this pre-season for his incredible combination of monstrous size and athleticism, and while he hasn't put up the numbers that many would have expected, he's still made a huge impact for this defensive unit regardless. The Eagles have unfortunately had to rule Davis out for their upcoming clash with the Houston Texans tomorrow night on Thursday Night Football, but with a dominant offence and some help on the way in the form of Robert Quinn, this team is likely to keep rolling.
With more winnable games coming up on the schedule, it's tough to see where the Eagles first loss is going to come from, as right now, they are as good, if not better than any other teams in the NFL, and with Davis healthy, this team has a very good shot at running through the NFC en route to the Super Bowl.Eagles ruled out DT Jordan Davis for Thursday night’s game in Houston due to his ankle injury.
