Dallas Cowboys Left Tackle Nearing Return To Practice
The Dallas Cowboys have looked every bit of their pre-season predictions as Super Bowl contenders through 12 weeks of the 2022 NFL season, with breakouts from Tony Pollard and CeeDee Lamb having both sides of the ball looking elite, and now, the offence could be getting yet another major boost.
All-Pro left tackle Tyron Smith is reportedly nearing a return to practice, and when he returns to the team, standout rookie Tyler Smith is likely to move to left guard, and with two elite performing running backs on this squad, they are built perfectly to succeed in the playoffs.
Throughout his career, entirely spent in Dallas, Smith has been to the Pro Bowl 8 times, All-Pro 4 times and was nominated to the 2010's All-Decade team, and the Cowboys have been without him all season long, but according to reports, he's very close to a return, and when that happens, this team may finally fulfil all of the promise and potential they've been building in recent years.Cowboys LT Tyron Smith (hamstring) is nearing return to practice. RT Terence Steele: "It's awesome. His injury, in general, was devastating for us. We've been watching him rehab his way back these past couple weeks. I can just tell the room is already excited to welcome him back"
