Buccaneers Rule Out Veteran Running Back
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers offence has struggled to stay healthy in 2022, with almost every receiver missing significant time, and now, the injury bug has spread to the running back room, as the team have officially announced that veteran running back Leonard Fournette, who has served as the starter will be out for the Week 12 matchup against the Cleveland Browns.
Fournette has been struggling to get carries in recent weeks, with the Buccaneers seeing a breakout season from young running back Rachaad White, and now, a hip injury could be the thing that permanently loses his job to the rookie back. The #Bucs activated RB Giovani Bernard from IR and ruled out RB Leonard Fournette (hip) for Sunday’s game at Cleveland.

Sitting at 5-5, the Buccaneers face a must-win scenario against the Browns if they want to maintain their lead in the NFC South, which currently sits at half a game over the Atlanta Falcons, and while losing Fournette could impact their offence, they've got some capable depth that can step up and fill the void for a talented offence.
