Hodgins, a sixth-round pick from 2020, saw action in two games for the Bills this season and even caught four balls in the win versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, the Bills made two trades on Tuesday and had to free up some roster space.
With a deep receiver room, Hodgins was the obvious choice, however, there's a good chance the Bills bring him back to the practice squad if another organization doesn't pick him up.
In two games this season, Hodgins has four receptions for 41 yards on six targets.
