Rousseau missed the second half of the Bills' loss in Week 9 with the injury, and is now facing a multiple-week absence.
The twenty-two-year-old was having a solid season, recording 21 tackles, five sacks and two passes defended over eight games this season.
Rousseau was the Bills' first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
In his absence, A.J. Epenesa and Shaq Lawson could be candidates to see increased usage.
