Marlowe played primarily on special teams with the Falcons before drawing a start in Week 8 with Jaylinn Hawkins out with a concussion.
With the Bills, Marlowe should provide some depth at the safety position and could crack the starting lineup with Jordan Poyer dealing with an injury and Micah Hyde out for the season.
In his five-year career, the thirty-year-old has recorded 116 total tackles (74 solo), 1.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, two interceptions and seven passes defended across 50 games played.
