49ers Defensive End Returns To Practice But Ruled Out In Week 12
The San Francisco 49ers are one of the teams in the NFL that seem to be trending in the right direction at the right time of the year, and with them getting players back from injury, if they can out duel the Seattle Seahawks for supremacy in the NFC West, this is a team that will be very, very hard to play come postseason time.
Unfortunately for the Niners, they won't be getting their star defensive end back this week, as Arik Armstead has returned to practice, but won't suit up, as the team have already ruled him out for their critical matchup with the New Orleans Saints. It looks like he's trending in the right direction to play his first game since Week 4 against the Rams when the 49ers take on the Miami Dolphins in Week 13, and if he can stay healthy, this defence will be even more of a nightmare than we've seen already.

I’m also told Armstead will begin practicing today. Great news for San Francisco, getting their star defensive lineman back soon.
With the 49ers over the past three seasons, Armstead has racked up 19.5 sacks, and when he returns, this 49ers defence will improve even more, and with a stacked offence for the first time in years, this is a dark horse in the NFC to take the Super Bowl crown in 2022.
