Two Giants Wide Receivers Will Again Miss Practice

Through all of their injuries, with the help of elite running back play, a solid defence and an amazing Head Coach, the New York Giants have somehow pushed through six weeks with a 5-1 record, but unfortunately, their injuries at wide receiver will seemingly continue. Sterling Shepherd has already been ruled out for the rest of the season with an ACL injury, and ahead of Week 6, the team announced that both Kadarius Toney and Kenny Golladay would miss their clash with the Baltimore Ravens, and as of Wednesday, it's highly unlikely that they'll return to practice.

As of right now, it looks like Wan'Dale Robinson, Marcus Johnson and Darius Slayton are the Giants top receivers ahead of their matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars, unless either man can get healthy quickly and make a return to the team. Head Coach Brian Daboll confirmed today that he believed Injured Reserve can be avoided for Toney, meaning that the team expects both receivers to be back within four weeks, if not sooner.

The Giants success has been very unexpected in 2022, and even with all of these injuries, there's no reason to begin doubting this team now, but if Toney and Golladay can get back within the next two weeks, their success will come a lot easier.
