The Baltimore Ravens will have their most promising young pass catcher back on the field for Sunday's crucial AFC North showdown with the Cleveland Browns. Wide Receiver Rashod Bateman is officially active after missing the previous two weeks with a foot injury.

Ravens will go with Kenyan Drake, Justice Hill and Gus Edwards at RB. Their WR group is Rashod Bateman, Devin Duvernay, Demarcus Robinson and James Proche. https://t.co/iqEBJ0GPvo
Bateman got off to a sensational start this season across his three healthy starts, nabbing eight receptions for an explosive 226 yards and a massive 14.13 yards per target. His Week 4 injury coincided with a downswing for the Ravens offense; after averaging 33.0 points per game across their first three contests, they've averaged 19.7 over the last three weeks. With Bateman back in the fold, the Ravens should be in line for a big day against the Browns' 29th-ranked scoring defense.
Bateman joined the Ravens as their 27th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. He pitched in a solid if unspectacular rookie season for the team, averaging 42.9 receiving yards per game and 7.6 yards per target. Now in his second year, Bateman was in line to see his role substantially increase following the offseason trade of wide receiver Marquise Brown to the Arizona Cardinals. He should be a lock for meaningful targets for the rest of the season so long as he's healthy.
