Ravens Veteran Ruled Out For Thursday Night Football
The Baltimore Ravens have been dealing with injuries to key players on both sides of the ball throughout the 2022 season, and it's led them to being a very inconsistent team that look like world beaters on one day, while a very average team on others. It appears that are getting somewhat healthy, but just as one player comes back, the team lose another, and ahead of a Thursday Night Football matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the team has had to rule out one of their most important players, as Calais Campbell will now miss the key matchup due to injury.
The veteran defensive end has been one of the most consistent players in the league on the defensive side of the ball for years now, and while he's off to a slow start in 2022, he's still the leader for this Ravens defence that shows so much promise. Appearing in all seven games to start the 2022 season with Baltimore, Campbell has 21 tackles, 3 sacks and a forced fumble on the year, and while the offence has the capability to be great with Lamar Jackson at QB, this defence has the ability to be on the elite level. One surprise from the Ravens injury report: DE Calais Campbell (illness) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Buccaneers.

They'll need to be as good as possible when they match up against Brady and the Buccaneers, coming off an embarrassing Week 7 loss to the Carolina Panthers, because even without a host of starters, this team is dangerous, and should never be taken lightly.
