Given the league's increasingly stringent concussion protocol, there's a very good chance Gary won't return. At the time of his exit, the Packers trailed the Commanders 20-14 late in the third quarter. Gary has two tackles
Gary has been sensational for the Packers to this point in the season, notching six of the team's 14 total sacks across their first six games. He established himself as one of the league's ascendent stars in 2021, totalling 9.5 sacks and earning a stellar 89.3 overall grade from Pro Football Focus.
His absence was felt immediately. The Commanders added to their lead with a nine-play field goal drive on their next possession, and they now lead the Packers 23-14 mid-way through the fourth quarter.
