Jets' Promising Rookie Running Back Exits
The New York Jets have shocked the NFL by opening the 2022 regular season 4-2, but they may have hit a major speed bump in the first half of their Week 7 matchup with the Denver Broncos. Promising rookie running back Breece Hall exited in the second quarter with a knee injury and was promptly declared out for the remainder of the game.
The #Jets have already ruled out impressive rookie RB Breece Hall with a knee injury. Not good.

Hall exited after a nasty collision on a two-yard run. He limped off the field and was assisted to the Jets' medical tent before eventually being escorted to the locker room. He'd been off to another spectacular start against the Broncos, rushing for 72 yards and a touchdown on only four carries.
An extended absence from Hall could zap the Jets of a lot of positive momentum. He was comfortably the team's best offensive player through six weeks, leading the Jets with 609 yards from scrimmage and averaging an impressive 5.1 yards per rushing attempt.
Hall joined the Jets as their 36th overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft after a standout three years at Iowa State. Hall totalled 4675 yards from scrimmage over 36 appearances for the Cyclones, and his powerful, explosive running had so far transitioned splendidly to the NFL.
