Jets Confirm The Worst For Star Rookie

The New York Jets defeated the Denver Broncos on the road to send their season record to 5-2, surprising even the biggest Jets fans, but after leaving early in the game with a knee injury, the team fear the worst when it comes to star rookie running back, Breece Hall. After a scintillating 62-yard Touchdown run earlier in the game, Hall went down after a helmet-to-helmet collision on a carry, and while many believed it was a concussion issue, but shortly after, the team realized it was his knee.

Now, Head Coach Robert Saleh has seemingly confirmed the worst, as it looks like Hall has torn his ACL just seven games into a fantastic rookie campaign, and while the Jets still have Michael Carter in the backfield, this one is absolutely devastating for a young team that was watching a superstar blossom.

With a fantastic defensive unit that has been the catalyst for their last two victories, this team can still compete going forward, but without their big play running back, this offence is going to be hurting. Hall had over 600 all purpose yards and 4 Touchdown's through seven weeks, and the Jets may continue to succeed in 2022, but it's going to be without one of their most promising stars.
