Injury Limits Dolphins Star Receiver In Thursday Practice
The Miami Dolphins got off to a flying start in 2022, reaching the 3-0 mark before the controversy surrounding Tua Tagovailoa set in, after which they suffered their first loss of the season to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. One that that hasn't been controversial however is the play of Miami's top two receivers Jaylen Waddle and the first year Dolphin Tyreek Hill, who have both been putting up amazing numbers.
As the team approach their divisional matchup with the surprising 2-2 New York Jets, there's a chance the team could be without Cheetah however, as he was a heavily limited participant in practice on Thursday with a quad injury, which is a tough one for such a quick receiver.Jets QB Zach Wilson (ankle) upgraded to full practice participant today.

Beyond being featured on the injury report, there's little information coming from Miami, who are already down to QB2 with Teddy Bridgewater starting the game, and with such a good cornerback duo up ahead, it would be a major blow if Miami do lose Hill for the day. The team is still solid, and can survive without Hill, but he gives this squad X-factor that playoff teams need to make a deep run in the playoffs, so we will see how this story develops.
