Skylar Thompson will start Sunday, with Tua inactive and Teddy Bridgewater backing him up.
Returning in Week 7 isn't exactly a big surprise for Tua after he practiced in full all week. He met with specialists in addition to the Dolphins' staff before he was cleared. Obviously, Tua suffered a very scary and serious injury, so it's good to see him back and healthy for Week 7.
His return comes at a good time for the Dolphins, who have a Sunday night matchup with the Steelers in Week 7. Tua has thrown for 1,035 passing yards, eight touchdowns and three interceptions in four games so far this season.
