Colts Fear Star Running Back May Have Suffered High Ankle Sprain
Jonathan Taylor's abysmal start to the season may have taken a turn for the worse.
Indianapolis Colts head coach Frank Reich said on Sunday that Jonathan Taylor is undergoing further testing for a potential high-ankle sprain.
#Colts RB Jonathan Taylor, who got his ankle rolled up, will have tests imminently to make sure there is no major damage, source said. With a short week and a Thursday game, this bears watching.

When asked about Taylor's availability on a short week, Reich responded ''I'm not sure yet. We'll see how things happen tomorrow morning.'' Taylor left the game on Sunday to get his ankle taped following a fumble on the team's second to last possession. He did not return.
There should be more information regarding the situation later this week.

Taylor has had a concerning start to the season, rushing for just 328 yards and one touchdown over the first four weeks. Not only that, but Taylor also missed the first practice of his career last week with an ankle issue. The twenty-three-year-old rushed 20 times for 42 yards in the Colts' Week 4 loss to the Tennessee Titans.
The Colts head to Denver for a Week 5 matchup against the Denver Broncos on Thursday.
