Chiefs Cornerback Not Activated For Week 6 Clash With Buffalo
The Kansas City Chiefs have been looking dominant again in 2022, but in Week 6, they come up against the biggest challenge they'll face in the regular season with Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills, but unfortunately, one of their key pieces in the secondary won't be on the field to try and slow the juggernaut of a Bills offence down. The Chiefs recently activated 2022 first-round pick Trent McDuffie from Injured Reserve, who was injured in the teams season opener against the Arizona Cardinals, but unfortunately for Kansas City, he won't be ready to go in time for Week 6.
They've been without him for the last four weeks, so his absence will be easier to cover, but if Kansas City want to win in the playoffs against all the high-powered offence's they'll come up against, then they'll need all hands on deck in their limited secondary. To cover the absence of McDuffie, the team has promoted Dicaprio Bootle from the practice squad, but if this team is to do anything in 2022, they'll need their prized first round pick healthy. The Chiefs did not activate CB Trent McDuffie for tomorrow’s game against the Bills. Their first round remains on IR.
