Buccaneers Wide Receiver Doubtful For Week 6

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are armed with arguably the greatest Quarterback to ever play in the NFL, along with a deep selection of weapons, and while the injuries in the offensive skill group have been piling up week after week, this team continues to compete, and are now leading the NFC South. While they continue to win with Brady at QB, the Bucs have announced another three players will be out this weekend, and one more could potentially be on the way, as Julio Jones was today officially listed as doubtful on the injury report.

Jones has played in just two games this year, with 4 catches for 76 yards, but before the injury bug came around again, all reports out of Buccaneers camp were that this could potentially be the resurgence of the old Jones, but that's yet to be seen on the field in 2022.

Without Jones, the Bucs still have some solid receivers, but if he can get healthy before the playoffs begin, this could be one of the NFC's most dangerous teams. Unfortunately, the track record for Jones over the past few years certainly isn't good, so there's a good chance he may not get healthy, but with a solid chance to win for the first time in his career (beyond the one year that Atlanta went to the Super Bowl), it would be sad to not see him bounce back.
