Bills Wide Receiver Suffers Broken Ankle In Week 4
The Buffalo Bills have certainly slowed down in the past few games, but in Week 4, they were able to get a win over the Baltimore Ravens in very dramatic fashion, sending them to 3-1 on the young season. Unfortunately, not all the news out of Buffalo was good, as it was announced today that wide receiver Jameison Crowder suffered a broken ankle during the game, and will go for tests today to see if there is any more damage to his ankle.
That means Crowder will be out indefinitely as it is, but if anything else is found on the tests, there's a chance that his season could be over already, and for a team that's had question marks over the health of Gabe Davis and is decimated by injuries in the secondary, this is the last thing they needed.#Bills WR Jamison Crowder suffered a broken ankle in Sunday’s dramatic win over the #Ravens, source said. He’ll have additional tests to see what other damage went along with it, but Crowder is now out indefinitely.

Crowder has just six catches for 60 yards and a fumble on the season, but given all the injuries we've seen around the league this season, losing a valuable depth piece like this could be costly in the end. Josh Allen is still having a great season, and if he continues and the team can stay healthy, they've got a great shot come playoff time at making a deep run, but right now, the team continues to struggle on the health front.
