Two Broncos Expected To Play In Week 3
The Denver Broncos have gotten off to a sluggish start in 2022, and if they have any hopes of competing in the very tough AFC West division race, they'll have to start getting some confidence back into their play, starting in Week 3 with a matchup at home against the San Francisco 49ers. The struggles aren't due to a lack of talent, but more a lack of performance, as well as poor coaching, and if they are to turn it around, this team will need to rely on QB Russell Wilson, as well as their young talent.
On that note, it appears that two men injured last week in the win over Houston will suit up in Week 3, as it is expected that both Jerry Jeudy and Patrick Surtain will take the field. Both left the field last week, and while neither injury was considered serious, there was a genuine chance that one or the other would miss a week, and while they're listed as questionable, all signs point to them returning with no action missed.Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy, listed as questionable for Sunday night due to a rib and shoulder injury, is on track to play vs. 49ers but wants to see how it feels in pre-game warmups, per source. Broncos CB Patrick Surtain, questionable due to a shoulder injury, is expected to play.

Both men are key to leading their respective sides of the ball, and if they can step up around Wilson, Bradley Chubb and the rest of this talented team, there's no reason why they can't pick up a win and head to 2-1 to keep pace with the Chargers in the West division.
