Ravens QB Sets Several Records In Loss To Dolphins
The Baltimore Ravens were one of three teams in Week 2, along with the Las Vegas Raiders and Cleveland Browns that squandered huge leads late in games, but despite this, their Quarterback play was still absolutely fantastic. Tua Tagovailoa was obviously the star in this one, throwing for 6 Touchdown's and leading Miami to a 2-0 record to begin the 2022 campaign, but Lamar Jackson continued to put up insane numbers, as he continue the record making start to his impressive NFL career.
The Ravens front office didn't want to pay Jackson ahead of the 2022 season, and he is going about the contract situation the right way, as he continues to play at an elite level, and in Week 2, Jackson became the first QB in NFL history to have a 75+ yard TD run and pass in the same game, showing just how explosive he and this Ravens offence can be.
On top of that, No. 8 completed the 11th game of his career where he had over 100 rushing yards, which is a record for the Quarterback position, and it's safe to say that if he can continue putting on performances like this, a team will want to pay him handsomely, even if it's not Baltimore. Ultimately, it's disappointing for Baltimore, as they couldn't hold the lead and head to 2-0, a record which would have them first in the AFC North, but if Lamar Jackson continues playing like this, they'll stay in the division race throughout the 2022 NFL season. It got lost in the shuffle (understandably during Miami's epic comeback), but Lamar Jackson remains unreal.

He became the first player in NFL history with a 75+ yard rushing TD & 75+ yard passing TD in the same game.
He now has 11 100+ yard rushing games, most ever by a QB.
