Panthers Running Back Added To Injury List
Christian McCaffrey has been one of the most dangerous offensive players the NFL has ever seen during his time in the league, but unfortunately for Christian and Panthers fans, he's struggled to stay on the field, as he's played in just 10 games over the past two seasons. The Panthers, now led by Baker Mayfield are hoping a bounce back season from both Mayfield and McCaffrey will be enough to catapult them into a Wild Card spot, but that only happens if No. 22 can stay healthy.
While he was still full participant in Thursday's practice, the 2-time All-Pro was still added to the injury list by Carolina, who cited a shin injury as the reason for it. At this point, there's no reason for Panthers fans to be worried about Week 1, as all signs point to McCaffrey being ready to go, but after the injury history, it makes sense if the fans are cautious about their optimism ahead of 2022.The Panthers have added RB Christian McCaffrey to the injury report due to a shin issue, but he was a full participant in practice today.

McCaffrey is the clear favourite for Comeback Player of the Year in 2022, and after adding Leviska Shenault to an already solid offence, if he can play in the majority of their teams games, the Carolina Panthers could be a dark horse playoff team. Right now though, all things seem fine, as McCaffrey has been a full participant for the past few weeks, but a small, niggling injury like this is one for everyone to keep an eye on.
