Packers Rule Wide Receiver Out Of Week 3
The Green Bay Packers lack of weapons after trading Davante Adams this off-season was a major story, and while they've got some solid names, it's clear that this is the weakest wide receiver group that the team has had in the Aaron Rodgers era. This week, they'll certainly be under-manned on the outside, as today, the team has officially ruled out veteran Sammy Watkins, which will be a huge loss in the blockbuster clash with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Christian Watson, Allan Lazard and Randall Cobb are all listed as questionable, and with such a big game ahead, the Packers will need at least two of them if they have any chance of taking their season record to 2-1. Lazard is expected to play, but we haven't heard an update on either of the others, but right now, they're down at least one body. The Packers ruled WR Sammy Watkins OUT for Sunday against the Buccaneers.

The Packers offence bounced back well in Week 2 after a disappointing divisional loss in Week 1, and as usual, they took care of the Bears, but this week, they'll be down at least one weapon, and will need to be at their best if they are to pick up another big win.
