Packers All-Pro Tackle Expected To Play In Week 3
The Green Bay Packers are off to a slow start in 2022, but ahead of their blockbuster matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers tomorrow, it appears that they are going to get a massive boost. No, it's not an elite level weapon on the outside for Aaron Rodgers, but this news will certainly help him, as it appears the former All-Pro tackle that has protected No. 12 for years will be making his long awaited return in Week 3.
David Bakhtiari has been dealing with a multitude of injuries over the past few years, and has been slowly working his way back into the team this off-season, and after being close but not quite there over the past few weeks, by all reports, he'll be back in Week 3 for the massive showdown.A season debut: #Packers LT David Bakhtiari, who boarded the bus with teammates wearing a shirt with his face on it, is expected to play on Sunday. A huge lift for the GB offense.

Drafted in 2013 by Green Bay, Bakhtiari has been selected to five All-Pro teams throughout his career, and even if he isn't at the same peak he once was, he will be a huge lift for this offence. At 30 years of age though, David has plenty of life left, and if he can stay healthy, he'll be a huge benefit to a team that's looking to make it's first deep playoff run with Rodgers over the past decade.
