NFL Week 2: 3 Teams That Disappointed
Week 2 is officially over and once again, there were three teams that completely disappointed during it. Let's take a look at them now.
Indianapolis Colts: Things are looking bad for the Indianapolis Colts already. After tying the Houston Texans in Week 1, the Colts got embarrassingly shut out by the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-0. This is inexcusable for a team looking to become contenders. Matt Ryan also threw interceptions and completed only 16 out of 30 passes. Just a poor performance all around.
Minnesota Vikings: The Minnesota Vikings provided plenty of optimism when they beat the favored Green Bay Packers in Week 1. Yet, they crumbled in Week 2 against the Philadelphia Eagles, losing 24-7. Cousins threw three interceptions and defensively they were off. It's been a tale of two teams to start the year. Things need to change in Week 3.
Cincinnati Bengals: The Cincinnati Bengals may have kept their first two games of the season close, but the 2021 Super Bowl finalists are now 0-2. They lost to a Dallas Cowboys team that did not have Dak Prescott available. That is unacceptable for a team with Super Bowl aspirations. They need to turn it around quickly or they may not be a playoff team this year.
