Injury Update: Positive News Regarding Saints' Star Receiver
Some good news out of New Orleans.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that New Orleans Saints' wide receiver Michael Thomas' toe injury is not believed to be serious.
Both will have tests today, but based on the initial diagnoses , it doesn't appear that injuries to #Saints WRs Michael Thomas (toe) and Jarvis Landry (foot) are serious. Landry is dealing with soreness, while for Thomas, it's not the same foot as his previous ankle injury.

Thomas was forced to leave Sunday's matchup against the Carolina Panthers due to the injury and was ruled out of the game later on.
He never returned to the field after leaving, making rookie wide receiver Chris Olave the Saints' main receiving threat in the team's 22-14 loss.
The good news is that the injury is not on the same foot as Thomas' previous ankle injury. However, he will have more tests on Monday to determine the severity of the injury.
The twenty-nine-year-old has got off to a good start this season, hauling in 16 of 22 targets for 171 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
The New Orleans Saints play host to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 4.
