Cowboys Tight End Not Expected to Play Against Giants
Dallas Cowboys' Dalton Schultz will test his knee before Monday's Week 3 game against the New York Giants.
Now, per Jeremy Fowler, Schultz is expected to miss Monday's game against the Giants. The tight end reportedly wanted to push through the injury and test it out pregame but is apparently doubtful to play.

The Cowboys suggested that Schultz's absence, if any, could be short, but it's still very unlikely that the twenty-six-year-old plays in this one. Schultz did manage to complete a limited practice on Saturday, which is a good sign.
Assuming Schultz does not play, rookie tight end Jake Ferguson will fill in for the veteran.
Through two games, Schultz has nine receptions on 13 targets for 80 receiving yards.
