Chargers Star Receiver Ruled Out For Thursday's Game, J.C. Jackson Listed As Questionable
The Los Angeles Chargers announced Wednesday that their star wide receiver Keenan Allen will miss Thursday night's game against the Kansas City Chiefs due a hamstring injury.
Allen injured his hamstring in Week One when his club faced off against the Las Vegas Raiders. He has not been placed on LA's injury report list which means his status is week to week and will likely return to his squad later this month.
The Chargers also elevated their star cornerback J.C. Jackson to questionable as he tries to make a return to the field from an ankle injury, which sidelined him in the beginning the regular season.#KeenanAllen pulls up with left mud hamstring injury. LA will be looking for their other receivers on their depth chart to pick up the slack. Mike Williams, Josh Palmer, DeAndre Carter, and Jalen Guyton are set to take the field on Thursday.
